The Trail Camera Store ships free of charge in the lower 48 United States for all orders over $120.

For our Canadian friends, shipping will be a flat fee of $15 for standard USPS ground delivery for each camera.

The employees of The Trail Camera Store make every effort to ship your order on the day that you place the order. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order the same day, it should be shipped within 24 hours. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours and this should be expected by the customer. However, there will be the occassional time when a circumstance beyond our control causes a delay. If your order is impacted by a delay that will cause it to ship 3-5 days after you have placed your order, you will receive an email from the staff of The Trail Camera Store alerting you of the delay.

Orders placed before 1pm EST are normally shipped the same day. Any orders shipped after 1pm EST will be shipped the following day unless you contact the store and make a special request. Please remember that just by requesting same day shipping does not guarantee same day shipping.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the trail camera that you purchased you may return it in new condition* within 30 days of the purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but you will not be charged any restocking fee and receive a full refund. Trail Cameras that were set up outdoors and then determined to be faulty can be returned to the manufacturer for repairs. Follow the instructions that the manufacturer provided in the package of your trail camera. So if your camera is broken the manufacturer's warranty will cover the problem. If you decide you don't need a trail camera you can contact us for return instructions.

*If a product that is returned is not in NEW(working)condition with all the original packaging and materials The Trail Camera Store can charge a material and shipping fee to return the camera.
