This cam has issues turning on, staying on, etc. I sent it back, and Moultrie sent me a new replacement unit. The new unit worked 3 times, about 30 pictures. Now it is doing the same thing. I'm out the money on the unit, (4)6volt batteries, a charger, and $12 shipping twice. Customer service actually called it a cheap stocking stuffer model, and would not make it right with an upgrade to an acutal working unit. I offered to pay the difference to get a working model, they said "NO". I wasted one season with it and won't make the mistake of buying a Moultrie again.

I have had the game spy for three years now and have had only three pictures off of it. One of them was a john Deere tractor a '100 away in the middle of a 90 degree day. When I want deer pictures in the fall and winter the camera never works. I have shot deer right by the camera, so I know it should take a picture. The PIR is very inconsistent and the battery doesn't last very long even with a solar charger on it. I switched to STEALTHCAM

i have got over 2000 pics of deer since February and it's now June. the reason i got this camera was because i had a run in with what i thought from field judge was a 140's class buck on my property. it was during bow season but i didn't have my bow with my. so i made a promise to myself that i would kill that deer. and that's when i decided to buy this camera. and it has been a great camera!!

Well I talked to Moultrie and found out that the Game Spy 100 can't use just any SD card. They told me that they have been having bad reports from several people about off brand cards. They person I talked to said you had to buy a Sony, Kodak, Lexor, or a Scandisk card. This doesn't seem right as we are all looking for bargins, especially when we find a really good sale. But remember to buy a name brand card when you buy the Game Spy 100.

The Game Spy 100 is a good camera for the price. I had mine for two years before I had any problems. The first problemhappened when I received a reading of a bad card. I checked the card and it seemed just fine and I tried new cards with the same message. I called Moultrie and they told me to send it to them. A few weeks later I received what I thought was a new camera. Took it to the field and it worked alright for a few days then it would not switch from settings to automatic. Also I was receiving a message about a "Dual Trigger". Never seen this before. Calling Moultrie and letting them know and probably sending it back. Will keep all informed.
