Every year my dad and I travel to northwest PA for the last week of archery season. We always plan our trip so that we are not traveling at night because of the deer density in the WV and PA areas. No matter how much you pay attention, if you drive in the country at night, you are going to hit a deer. This is especially true during the rut when bucks are actively seeking does. The video you are about to see is from a police car camera during a high speed chase. The date on the video is 10/19 so I would guess that this buck was probably in a prerut stage. As you can imagine, the police car is damanged very badly and the small buck won't be breeding any does this year.
