After having used one of my partners 3 cameras I told my kids to put one on my Xmas list.

I find it to be a really good camera for the working man's wallet and the only reservations I have about it is the battery life with regular batteries. I question if they should have stayed with the old 'square' lantern type battery earlier models were using. I'm thinking about going with the rechargeable ones and the solar panel which should eliminate the need for replacement batteries all together.

I've seen some of the the other higher $$ cameras and am happy with the performance of this one.
