New out of the box did not work. Called Cuddy Back and was promised a new unit. Sent unit in and received a rebuilt unit. This unit does not take color pictures. Called them again to send this one back and told them I wanted a NEW unit and they told me that they will only send me a rebuilt unit back.I left messages with many tec's and even Mark Cuddyback and still they will not give me a new unit. I filled with the Wi consumer protection to try to resolve this problem. Very poor customer service and expect very long waits on the phone to get a service tec!

After buying a new unit I found that it did not work right out of the package. I called for a replacement and sent the new unit back and received a rebuilt unit instead of a new unit. The rebuilt unit did not work and now after lenghthy conversations with Cuddy Back I am taking them to court. I have found that many other people are having the same problem. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Expect very long waits on the phone to get ahold of a service tec.
