I purchased 2 cameras in Sept 11 with great pictures, day and night! One of the cameras just stopped working after 1 1/2 months. Tried trouble shooting via email on Primos web site(poor tech support). Still using the other camera. I was able to replace the faulty camera where I purchased it, with a moultrie M80. Don’t think Will Primos would be happy with the tech support I recieved.

The camera takes great day time photos and the night time photos are not to bad either… But any time i get a nice buck on it he is looking right a the camera just wondering why? if anyone has any ideas why i would appreciate it.

This camera was a waste of hard earned money. Total junk, trigger speed is so slow.You might get a turtle on it.Very dissapointed never again.The older 540ir has served me well.Sad their going backwards in quality.

The camera takes great day and night pictures but I’m having problems with the camera taking plot pictures. I’ve talk to moultrie and I not inpressed by the people helping out. The need to have more qualified people ansering the phone’s. I hope I can get this solved.

Very slow trigger speed, you can dump a bag of apples in front of it and it wont even “wake up” to take the picture. It takes 30 seconds to take the first picture. Three deer stopped to eat at the bait pile ( the camera was pointed at, I shot one and again no picture. When it does get a picture of a deer it takes pretty good quality pictures at day and at night. However if the animal moves they come out a little blurry.

Easy to set up and great pictures. I don’t believe half or more of these reviews, some of which I see copied/pasted elsewhere as well.

While not reviewed here I tried to use a W8x. In one week the camera produced 6 images, ate up a set of batteries and had a frozen shutter. Changing batteries did nothing. Piece of junk!

we bought 2 attack ir cameras from cabelas.that was a good thing because they took them back and sent 2 more ha ha they dont work either but thats not cabelas fault.they work for a couple weeks then quite working . until they get the bugs out i will not buy another cuddeback camera.

I have owned several brands of cameras for 15 years. We run a 3000 acer ranch in Mo. and rely on our cameras heavily to put hunters on deer. We currently have 11 cameras. We had mostly cuddebacks for years, but have become disgusted with the failure rate of these cameras most will have to be replaced after one year, which they will do if you send them $120.00 . The customer support is the worst in the business and when my last two quite working I will through them in the trash. I have a friend that has a similar ranch that has purchased numerous over the years that has none now. We have had good results with the Wildview 5 which is much!! better than the cuddeback. I have also heard good things about the moultrie which will be my next purchase. Good luck in the search of quality cameras.
