Bushnell Trail Sentry 2.1

 

The Trail Sentry 2.1 is one of Bushnell’s entry level trail camera models.  The trigger speeds are some the fastest on the market for the price range with times around 1 second.  Bushnell also boast of great battery life with this trail camera.  The PIR has a range of up to 45 feet but the flash is limited to around 15 feet.  There is a LED that is activated when motion is sensed that can help in setting up and aligning the camera.  For security a software password system has been implemented.

camera takes good pictures,great detection range and flash,but the battery life is horrible.If you get 5 days on new batterys,you are lucky.

This camera eats batteries. You are lucky if the last more than one week. Daytime pictures are good. Night time pictures are poor.

Good overall camera. When the camera has been inactive for a while it takes several seconds to "wake up" and take the first pic. After that it triggers instantly. It senses out very far 40+ feet, but flash won't reach that far. Not a bad camera for the money.
